If an item is defective you can call us on the contact number or email us the exact picture of the defective product. Please read our terms and conditions on the return policy.
Most of the items are in stock, however, may not have all the quantities in stock. We do not charge your credit card unless we have the quantities in stock. Normally we will call you or email you if the quantities ordered are not in stock and will provide you the options. In case you would like to backorder we can provide you the exact date when we will have the required quantities in stock again. You will also have the option to cancel the order.
We ship to all the states in United States. In case you would like the order to be shipped outside of United States. Please call us and place the order over the phone. We can provide you the freight charges ahead of time.
We are a B2B Store and provide many discounts on wholesale orders. In order to not charge you sales tax, we need your tax id to verify you are a legitimate business. We do not sell retail.

You can place an order as soon as you register and create an account. However, before shipping the order we will check that you are a legitimate business, in case we find that the business is not legitimate, we will cancel the order and refund you the funds immediately.
